We ate at entirely separate times because of having to send his back. It came back "medium", which ruined the steak, but by that time we were so disgusted we just wanted to leave. Really? My husband's steak came out too rare, so we had to send it back and I cautioned her, don't let them overdo it. Really? Out of Gnocchi, tomatoes and Artichokes? She then blamed it on the Covid virus. I just shook my head and said forget it, and 2-3 minutes later she brought me an Artichoke. When I asked for mushroom or another vegetable like artichoke because I literally just had lettuce on my plate, the new server (Lorena?) said if they gave me any artichoke or mushrooms, they'd have to charge me extra (even though THEY are the ones who didn't have the salad vegetable).

We asked for & got another Server who was better, but still full of "no you can'ts". Christina informed us there is no such thing, only medium and medium rare. My husband ordered Ribeye, "medium rare plus". I got a child's portion, tons of onions and so much sauce (very thin) it was like soup. I ordered Veggie Fettuccini, light sauce, no onions. Being vegetarian, I had few menu options. I ordered Gnocchi and was informed they were out of it.
My husband was given Blue Cheese dressing instead of the Honey Mustard he ordered. The salad came with nothing but lettuce, and she said something like "we're out of tomatoes, so you don't get any". ordered salads but she rolled her eyes when I asked for "no onions or cucumber, but extra tomatoes". Server, Christina, had a negative and rude personality. We were given bread & butter, but no cutlery or plates to use with it. We walked in, but no one acknowledged us for 6-7 minutes at the hostess stand until we flagged someone down.
